Custom Ruleset: Block/Allowing a request Blocks ALL/Allows ALL

When in the custom ruleset, when a specific IP request pops up and I choose to block only/allow only (with remember checked) Comodo does not block that specific IP. It assigns the rule: “Block (or Allow) and Log IP out any from MAC any MAC any where protocol is any”, and this rule is treated as Custom rule.

How can I make it block specific requests. I was doing this before; I’m not sure what has changed.

Set firewall alert level to very high in firewall settings.
