custom rules from pop up

In V5 I could determine how stict Comodo would register rules made by remembering from the pop up answer.

In V6 I can not achieve the same or I desperately can not find the settings for this sensitivity.

What I mean is, popup comes up for e.g. googleupdater.exe. I say allow this and then Comodo made a allow all out ruleset though I was asked whether I want to allow a connection to my localhost?!

In v5 there was a setting I used, something like high sensitivity or so^^, that respected even the port I was asked for. Where is the setting in V6?

thanks

 1. Open CIS’ main screen
 2. Click the “Tasks” button in the top right of CIS main’ screen.
 3. Expand “Firewall Tasks”
 4. Click “Open Advanced Settings”
 5. The seventh option from the top and from the bottom (it’s the seventh option from both ways) says “Set alert frequency level”, the option goes from “Very Low” to “Very High”
Very High: The firewall shows separate alerts for outgoing and incoming connection requests for both TCP and UDP protocols on specific ports and for specific IP addresses, for an application. This setting provides the highest degree of visibility to inbound and outbound connection attempts but leads to a proliferation of firewall alerts. For example, using a browser to connect to your Internet home-page may generate as many as 5 separate alerts for an outgoing TCP connection alone. High: The firewall shows separate alerts for outgoing and incoming connection requests for both TCP and UDP protocols on specific ports for an application. Medium: The firewall shows alerts for outgoing and incoming connection requests for both TCP and UDP protocols for an application. Low: The firewall shows alerts for outgoing and incoming connection requests for an application. This is the setting recommended by Comodo and is suitable for the majority of users. Very Low: The firewall shows only one alert for an application.

Thanks alot Sanya,

you made my day

The option was not checked and therefore not so prominent for my eyes else I would have noticed that option slider my self.

Great
