Custom Predefined Security Policy is not offered in the "Treat As" field

Windows XP SP2 32-bit
CPU Intel Core 2 Duo E6600 (AMD64 capable)
Firewall Mode: Custom Policy
Firewall Alert Frequency Level: Very High
Defense+ Mode: Paranoid
Antivirus: ESET NOD32 2.7 (real-time scanning with advanced heuristics enabled)
Admin rights: yes

I defined a “Predefined Security Policy” that I entitled “Unprivileged Installer”. In the “Process Access Rights” for this policy, I left all actions at the default “Ask” level except the “Protected Registry Keys” and “Protected Files/Folders”, which I changed to “Allow”.

When I launch an installer of an application, I would like to select this new Predefined Security Policy for it in the “Treat As” field. However, the policy is not available in the “Treat As” list. I tried after a system restart as well. The custom Predefined Security Policy" (“Unprivileged Installer”) is never shown for installers. It, however, sometimes appears for already installed apps, which is strange.

See this discussion - This is not a bug, but nonetheless I hope it’s changed in the future. The alert screen would need to be changed to accomodate listing all predefined policies.
