CSC registry cleaner stops working

This fault occurs When running registry cleaner, i receive an error report after the scan and before backup, the application closes and sometimes windows reboots. I have screenshots and an error report attached.

windows xp service pack 3 home edition version 2003 32bit

csc version - 2.2.126408.3
