Does the issue occur during launch of Dragon?
Was this issue with a new Dragon install, or was it already installed and previously working correctly?
If this issue just started occurring please try a new user profile.
To create a new user profile in Comodo Dragon
Note: If Dragon opens, I recommend exporting your bookmarks to a HTML file before creating a new user profile.
