cpu comsumtion

I have a problem with cpf (the latest of version 2).
It “kicks” my cpu every few seconds (100%) and I dont know what to do.
I attached the log, it might help.

Other info that might help:
win xp sp2
athlon64 3200+
1024 RAM

other security software:
avast (latest stable)

I assume that it has to be one of the 2 processes that’s eating cpu.
