This software is a disgrace. If something is causing cmdagent.exe to go to 15% CPU then you should be able to find out why. This software not only tells you nothing, when you disable all features, it remains at 15% CPU. Anyone know about this?
This problem may be caused by a left over driver or service from a previously installed security solution. Try running a clean up tool for security programs you had installed in the past and see if that helps. YOu can find a list of clean up tools here: [KB146] Uninstallers (removal tools) for common Windows antivirus software .
