I encountered a crash with CPF trying to update and when I click send report I received an error and it told me to email it to Comodo. But I don’t remember where the crash log is located or where to send the email again >_<
Someone want to clue me in so I can send this error log and see if it helps fix something in an upcoming update
What version are you using now? Why dont you try doing a complete uninstall then install the latest version.
It is the latest version 3.0.22.349 and when I run diagnostics, it says no problems were found.
I just wanted to send the log since the error reporting box didnt work
It will be in Program Files/Comodo/Firewall Folder if I remember correctly it is a zip file.

EDIT Checked it is called cfp.zip and I sent it to cpfbugs[ at ]comodo.com (November 2007)
the diagnostics doesn’t really help me. sometimes it says d+ is not functioning properly. i runt that and it finds nothing. i reboot CFP and its fine.
