Could not get network folders/files

why not get Link station restricted folder in COMODO backup. (OS Vista, LINK STATION Buffalo) Plz anyone tell me the reason…

Maybe folder is restricted for user that is used to connect to computer.
If no user/password were required then CB connects using “everyone” user.
Was a username/password required when connecting to network computer?

I have the same problem. It didn´t ask me for a user/password. How do I change so i does?

Please update to the latest version (3.0).

If the issue is still present you can map the network share as network drive:
net use X: \computername\sharename password /user:userName
Just replace the red words above with the appropriate ones.
