Convert CRT's for Apache to CER's for IIS

I have a Comodo purchased wildcard certificate for Apache that I need to convert to CER files for Windows IIS.

What are the step by step OpenSSL commands to accomplish this please.

I cannot find this in the forums, which is why I posted this. :-\
