Considering CAVS as Antispyware in Windows Security settings

Currently CAVS is considered in Windows only as antivirus, instead CAVS Windows sees D+ as antispyware, in my opinion it is not quite true( D+ is a prevention system, not antispyware scanner). If someone doesn’t want to use D+ and deactivates it, Windows alarms that system is not protected by antispyware. After BOC is integrated with CAVS, rootkit decection is added I believe CAVS should be considered also as antispyware in Windows, like Avast is.
