Connections in CLOSE_WAIT state from cmdagent.exe

Hello,
When I use the command “netstat -b”, several connections appear from the cmdagent.exe in “CLOSE_WAIT” state
and not disappear even after hours. Is this normal?
I am using the CIS 3.5.57173.439 (32-bits) in WinXP Pro SP3.
If any information is needed, just ask.

Still happening in v477. Noticed after doing manual AV-DB update.

After googling for “CLOSE_WAIT forever” I’v found: http://unix.derkeiler.com/Mailing-Lists/SunManagers/2006-01/msg00367.html

So, probably is an harmless CIS bug.
