COMODO firewall detected an incoming connection from this ip address (85.245.4.178) on port 139 , and I blocked it and ended.
The connection was being made in SYSTEM process.
I traced the ip address, and it belongs to a telecommunications company (PT comunicações), but the company is different from the one i am registered to.
Am i still safe? 
The firewall did what it had to do. It blocked unsolicited incoming traffic. You are safe.
