Do we get confirmation SMS for the commands sent successfully activated or not?
i.e if lock/alarm/, etc… command is sent, do we get confirmation SMS that lock/alarm, etc… activated successfully?

No confirmation.
A confirmation is usually sent after the recipient acknowledges receipt. This will not be the case with security sent sms.
(I tested confirmation with my phone (options to enable/disable this with sms separate from mms)) . I have yet to receive a received confirmation on basic sms, and receipt must be acknowledged for mms. It is not automatically given.
I tested alarm & got confirmation sms that alarm was successfully activated, so you get confirmation sms.
