I only have remote desktop access to a Windows Server 2003 server. Therefore, I need to configure the Remote Desktop Port 3389 before I reboot after install. Does Firewall Pro create “Rule” files which can be overridden before reboot?
Is v3 compatible with Windows Server 2003 or should I use v2?
V3 supports only XP and Vista at this point. Give V2 a try for now. 
V2 is good enough and is considered by many people to be less obstrusive than V3
