I have problems getting remote assistance to work with comodo, can anyone tell me what i need to do? I have granted access to all ports in and out for the applications that is used with remote assistance,but it still doesn´t work. Messenger has been allowed as well as the helpctr application
Alrighty, my first three questions to ask are
do you have Windows Remote Assistence turned on. Windows Start, and right click “My Computer”, select Properties, and see what the Remote tab settings are.
what’s showing in your CFP log (Activity → Logs), and
what are your rules (Security → Network Monitor)
