Configurable buttons cannot be configured on Windows tablet [M1437]

Main menu configurable buttons cannot be re-arranged/changed/removed on Windows powered tablet (full Windows, not RT!) using touch screen. Holding finger on them that emulates right click simply doesn’t work at all. Which means you cannot remove them or add them from the Tasks panel at all.

1: CIS version:

2: OS version:
Windows 8.1 Update 1 32bit (full desktop Windows edition)

3: What you did:
Holding finger on a main menu configurable button to emulate right click.

4: What you actually saw:
Holding finger on a configurable main menu button doesn’t behave as a right click in CIS even though it does in all other apps.

5: What you expected to happen or see:
Holding finger on buttons should behave as right clicking on them.
