Computer Hangs

Last week AVG updated to version 10.0.1136. Since then the computer hangs on shutdown with cfg.exe not responding. As far as I know I am running the latest version of Comodo but can’t access any menus from the comodo icon to confirm the number.
Is the fault with AVG.
