Not much of an introduction that I can make to this forum but Hi anyway 
Now on to my problem. I’m not completely computer illiterate but I am completely firewall illiterate. So I’ve installed and uninstalled Comodo about 5 times now because I can never seem to figure out how to get my internet connection to work. I’ve looked through some old threads to see what I can make of it, but the ones I’ve looked through are mostly to do with version 2 so I end up getting kind of stuck.
I’ve got Windows Vista. I don’t have Wi-Fi but I am on broadband. I’ve also got Spyware Terminator and avast! running - which I might uninstall and instead install Avira Antivir if there aren’t any problems with Comodo.
When I do install Comodo, it pops up with the Set up a Trusted Network window automatically with the name of a network. But even when I approve it my internet connection still doesn’t work.
I’m probably being really stupid and missing the big picture, but I have no idea what I’m doing. I’m always willing to read up on any old threads that I should be reading to learn more, so if anyone can point me in the right direction I’d be grateful.
