Compatibility problem:: if in Windows 7 installed IObit Security 360 and COMODO Firewall 5, many programs will not run properly through clicking on they shortcut - after clicking on the icon nothing happens, have to click many times (3 or 5 times) and only after this program runs as it should. What can I do? In COMODO Firewall 4 was no such problem. I had to uninstall the IObit Security 360 and the problem disappeared.
We would very much appreciate it if you would edit your first post to create an issue report in line with the bug forum guidelines and format here. You can copy and paste the format from this topic.
To understand the reasons why we ask you to follow these guidelines please see below.
WHY WE ASK YOU TO FOLLOW THESE GUIDELINES
Bugs/issues can be impossible or very time consuming to fix if developers don’t have enough information to reproduce them. Since CIS is free, development time is limited. So if you want your issue fixed, please use the format below to describe it.
To avoid clutter, issues not described in the format below your post will not be moved to the ‘moderator verified’ issues topic. This means that the developers may not look at it.
Best wishes and many thanks in anticipation

In this case screenshots of your active process list and defense plus logs will be needed to help understand the issue, as will the exact version number of the conflicting software. A CIS cofiguration report will also be helpful.
Best wishes and many thanks

Just had this problem myself.
I had the last version of CIS & IObit 360 v1.5.0.10 running ok on W7.
Installed latest version of CIS and half of my apps wouldn’t start/show in windows. For example launching task manager from the taskbar (right click menu/task manager) would result in the busy mouse pointer and then nothing. Same with other apps from the start menu (wondershare time freeze as an example).
I know they were running because I found I was able to launch task manager via ctrl+alt+del and then selecting task manager (why it ran that why I don’t know) and I would see wondershare and task manager (more than one task manager process) showing there but not displaying in windows.
When I disablec all IObit 360 protection from the tray app interface and then closed IObit 360, everything starts working again. Turn it back on and it stops.
Hopefully this info gives you enough to investigate. No screenshots but all I could show would be a process running without it’s interface showing in windows.
Please try these solutions here and report back. For the moment I will transfer you to help so you can benefit from other’s experience. Please ask any mod to move this report back to the bugs forum if it turns out you cannot resolve this, or if the only way to resolve this is by disabling guardxx.dll
Best wishes
