I got the latest version of Comodo installed and it always comes up with a yellow icon when minimized when I run the diagnostic check to fix problems it says it can’t fix all of the problems I have the fix file which i have added to this as well

Try running the Add/Remove from the Comodo group in your start menu and see if it gives you the possibility to repair the installation.
When that doesn’t work do a clean install. Before you do do so export your active configuration from under More → Manage My Configurations. After installing you can then import it again.
