comodo won't open files

I had comodo backup on another pc. I have a new pc and I want to open the cbu files on my external hard drive. I installed comodo on this pc and it won’t open the files.
What do I do?

It just says there’s an error. I don’t think it gives an error number but I’ll go back and recheck.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I just rechecked it and it says…An error occurred while reading backup information.

So am I ■■■■■■■? These files can’t be opened?

Hi,

To open the file you need to have a version of Comodo Backup that is equal or higher than the one the backup was created with.
If the error still persists please collect the debug logs
