  2. Why arent the “Cloud Scanning” Enabled by Default in the AV Engine?

Just go to the beta corner to download it. The reason Cloud Scanning isn’t automatically on (This is a guess) is because it will slow the scan down by about 5 minutes, depending on your internet’s upload speed.

The real time scanner uses cloud scanning. In the other scanner like manual etc this option is not automatically enable.

Yeah. But when he said that is wasn’t enabled by default, my guess was he was talking about the manual scanning, real time has cloud on.

But… doesnt UPLOAD need a fast connection response from the server? Uploading files depends on your Internet Speed, but also the Server respond?? (Only a guess)
