Comodo v4 versus v3 - allow/block

In the old version of Comodo I can allow or block any process that popped up for that specific connection to the internet (for example svchost.exe) by NOT checking the box “remember my answer”.

When you start the application / process whatever that needs svchost to connect to the internet (for example, refresh your local area connection, web browser w/e) the svchost would ask AGAIN for permission to connect to the internet (the same connection). This no longer happens with version 4. Tested on Windows XP 32-bit downloaded just minutes ago from the Comodo link @ Firewall Download | Best Firewall Security software for Windows

If I start an application like a web browser, it does ask again but the process of svchost does not. .

What this means: I get an error that I cannot make a connection to the internet, even though I never told comodo to remember the answer. Only way to get rid of the “block” is to restart the computer.

Are there some settings that I am missing? Can Comodo revise their release and change it back because I think the old way is much smarter? Am I the only one having this problem? Thank you for any help.
