Have been using Comodo Firewall for years. For most of that time I received daily messages from Comodo telling me that updates were available. This was the case with Vista. I just recently did a clean install to Windows 7 64 bit. Same deal. Daily updates available. I know this has been reported on by others. The interesting thing is that it has apparently never been dealt with by Comodo.
