I’ve installed CTM 2.9 Beta, & a few days ago I tried installing COMODO Backup & after reboot, I got a BLUE SCREEN. Does CTM 2.9 Beta & COMODO Backup conflict w/ each other or what? I don’t have the error # & error info from the blue screen. I’ve checked the Event Viewer in the (X) Critical Error Section & didn’t see CBU in the info. Any solution or fixes for the problem?

I’m placing it in the CB help forum because CB is the latest piece of software you attempted to install.
Seems that the issue is caused by CTM disk driver. It doesn’t like other disk drivers being first.
When installing CB after CTM, the bdisk is first and this causes CTM driver to BSOD.
Please go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class{4D36E967-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318} registry key (you can use regedit), edit the “UpperFilters” value and make sure that “CTMSHD” is first (before “bdisk”)
