Comodo System Cleaner and TuneUp

I have TuneUp Utilities 2010 and I want to ask, if I download Comodo System Cleaner will my OS stay stable or I must chose between those 2?

there are no comflics between this software and tuneup, i use both.
but CSC intaller is too annoying so i use the portable vercion, i recoment all yours to use the portable vercion.
cuz the intaller set many startup items wich are of noo needs and what we want is to “clean the pc”.
like 2 righc clic stuff, auto updater everytime, with schedulled task not to clean but to update. its a nossense cuz CSC its not an antivirus.
