Comodo Slow Browser Connection

Hello i installed comodo the newest version firewall and i love it but i only have one issue ever since i installed it i get a very slow browser open time.

I can click on IE or Firefox and they both take minutes to open instead of loading up right away anyone have any idea how to fix this?

Also i removed 2 trojano-malware items from my registry and i am worndering if this will remove them for good or are they waiting to attach back each time i get online.

You said that you have installed the latest version of COMODO firewall. Can you be more specific ? Is it only a firewall or the whole COMODO Internet Security ? What version ? Stable or Beta ? What other security products you have on your system ? How exactly have you removed those 2 trojans ?
