Comodo Settings for Different Users

CIS (free version) v4.1.150349.920 O/S=Vista

I have a PC with 2 users - one Administrator, one standard.

If I make changes to Comodo when logged in as one user do the same changes apply to the other user??

Are the Comodo settings, permissions etc specific to a PC or specific to a user??

The settings are the same for all users. They are stored in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE in the registry so everyone reads the same thing.
