Comodo Security Shopping service is not working

This is the message I got when I attempted to start CSS today.
Any ideas why ?

For an unknown reason the service had been stopped.
I saw it in windows Task Manager\services and I started it again from there.

A few hours later, after starting my system again, the service was stopped again.
I can use Task Manager to start it over, but is this normal ?

Check to make sure the service is set to automatic startup type, better yet re-install CSS.

I had already done so in Services list before your reply.
