Comodo Scanner quit unexpectedly

recently downloaded and installed Comodo. Updated ok. However when I try to complete a full scan of the computer I get the error “Comodo Scanner quit unexpectedly”.

The only other change made to Comodo was to exclude the Time Machine “Backups.backupdb” file. Note the scanning issue was occurring before this exclusion.

iMac 27 inch Late 2013, OS X 10.9.

Any ideas?

version 1.1.214829.106 downloaded from this page Best Antivirus for Mac 2022 | Free Mac Antivirus Software … i just noticed the supported operating system on the page says OS X 10.4 … i’m running 10.9 … perhaps that’s the problem?
