Okay gentlemen, firstly, i’d just like to welcome everyone here with my first post.

Secondly, i’d just like to make a small comment about Microsoft Silverlight.

My question is, why is it recommended and how does it support the Virtual Desktop?Silverlight is a security problem like Flash Player(See:Exploits that can be blocked with NoScript)–Expect that it isn’t used as much.
And is it possible that the Virtual-box can be made independent?

If I remember correctly Silverlight is only needed for the tablet mode of the Virtual Desktop, i.e it’s only needed for a certain GUI, you can still use Virtual Desktop without it, just click No.
