clistart.exe - This item preloads the required processes to make the Catalyst Control Center functional. CLIStart.exe is ATI’s Catalyst Control Center Launcher utility. This file is also referred to as StartCCC. The process is related to your graphics card, and is necessary if you modify your graphics settings regularly.
Quickstart.exe is a launcher for OpenOffice. Quickstart.exe is simply the program that, amongst other things puts an OOo icon in your system tray. It also loads certain components from the suite.
