Comodo quarantined important dll file

I tried to open an important program today and got a program error - Unable to Locate component error: This application has failed to start because bds52f.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.

My comodo antivirus has quarantined bds52f as a virus.

When I restore bds52f to my system from the quarantine list, I still can’t open my program.
I have tried turning off my security, restoring the file and reinstalling without success… it still does not recognize that the file is there.

If it does contain a virus, how do I get an unadulterated version of this file back on my system? ???
If it is a false positive, how do I completely restore it and keep it off-limits to re-removal? :-\

I’m using XP pro. Both Comodo and FF have installed updates since the last time I used my program.

CIS has recently had problems classifying all borland database files as malware.

Have you tried adding the file to your safe files list?

Thanks… I appreciate knowing it’s a false positive. I didn’t want to restore it permanently until I knew that for sure. It took a little trial and error to figure out how to do that with the new update. I’m glad to know it’s still possible to do. I still had to confirm the ‘ignore’ when I started it up again.
