Comodo quarantined a file named, "3T1rggXU.exe.part" Don't know what it is.

CIS (free version) anti-virus has found a file named, “3T1rggXU.exe.part” It was detected and quarantined, however I cannot find anything regarding it. My question is, what is it, and/or, do I need it? Can someone please help me with this? It would be greatly appreciated. The first time I deleted it from quarantine my IE went with it. IE 9.0 will not execute anymore, yet this file has shown up again.

I also use Comodo Trust Connect (paid ver.), not sure if this is relevant, just thought I might mention it.

Thanks in advance if anyone has any answers. :-\

Please read this:
How To Tell If A File Is Malicious

Also, if you report it as a false postive to Comodo using this link:

they will send you an email with the results.

Also, what is the name of the detection. I am assuming it is heur.dual.extensions. If this is the case then it probably is a false positive.
