When it is necessary to make a decision
(enable or disable the process / connection etc.)
the game is suddenly minimized.
This is similar to pressing the win key.

You can Enable Silent Mode aka Game Mode from within the CIS Window or via right click on the tray icon. This will disable notifications and won’t interrupt your game play. Hope this helps.
