Comodo Online scan says virus 2 Diff virus scans say no...

Hi All,
Thanks for looking in. I am an adobe after effects user. And of as a couple of days ago I am now getting a pop up from Comodo:
Application.Win32.InstallCore.k@1 C:\Users\Creator\AppData\Roaming\DSite\UpdateProc\UpdateTask.exe

I looked around it is supposed to be an old virus… However Clam and Imunet 3.0 both do not find it?

I am getting false positives from Clam for these two
C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\cvtres.exe: [Win.Worm.344884] FALSE POSITIVE FOUND
C:\Windows\winsxs\x86_netfx-cvtres_for_vc_and_vb_b03f5f7f11d50a3a_6.1.7601.17514_none_ba1c770af0b2031b\cvtres.exe: [Win.Worm.344884] FALSE POSITIVE FOUND

and two positives for these two…
C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Reader 9.0\Reader\LogTransport2.dll: Win.Trojan.Chiton-48 FOUND
C:\Windows\SysWOW64\PnkBstrA.exe: Win.Trojan.Agent-249223 FOUND

Not sure how Adobe reader is a Trojan? PunkBuster is legit. Without uninstalling and reinstalling an OS or Installing more software has anyone come across this?
Thanks

If CIS detects a file as dangerous, and you are worried that it may be a false positive, the easiest thing to do is submit it as a false positive through the form on this page.

Comodo staff will analyze the files and let you know through email whether they are actually dangerous or not.

Thanks.
