Comodo not updating

Hi,

I have CIS, my current version is 3.14… and i guess there is a new version of CIS, but when click on check for updates it says there is no update available is that normal?

Yep. For now automatic update from 3 to 4 is not available. Uninstall 3 and install 4 if you don’t want to wait indefinite.
