comodo not running

when comodo automatically startsup on my pc i get the icon with a warning mark on it.comodo then says “application not working”.i run the diagnostics and it reports that “no problems were found”.I then stop comodo altogether and then start it again and everything is then working ok.can anybody give me a reason for this.
This happens everytime i start my pc.

Can you tell us what version of CIS you are using?

What process of processes do you stop when you “stop comodo altogether”?

When you get the Application is not working message what instances of CIS are running in memory? Do you see cfp.exe or cmdagent.exe in Taks Manager or both. You need to set Task Manager to show processes of all users to be able to see.
