Comodo is slowing down access to my NAS

Hi guys

I’m new here and haven’t been able to find anything relating to this. I have a NAS that myself and a colleague use to access our work.

Now since installing CIS accessing anything on our NAS has become a slow and frustrating task. I added an IP range to the network zone but that doesn’t seem to have helped at all.

The setup is as follows:
PC → Router → NAS

Any help in sorting out this slow access issue would be greatly appreciated.

The following has restored access and retrieval times on DLink and Thecus NAS devices.

  1. Open CIS and click → FIREWALL → ADVANCED → ATTACK DETECTION SETTINGS → MISCELLANEOUS
  2. Deselect “Block fragmented IP packets”
  3. Click OK
  4. (Optional but recommended) Reboot to ensure the change is read and implemented cleanly.
