i installed comodo internet security free and when i try diagnostics i see this error:

One of the drivers is not installed and the AV shell extension .dll file is not there.
Sorry to be the bringer of bad news but you need to reinstall CIS.
But before you do that export your current configuration under More → Manage My Configurations. You can import it again after installation of CIS. While importing give it an applicable name which differs from the standard names, like f.e. “CIS Proactive Configuration Import” or so.
