Regardless, this is the main link that comes up for Comodo in most search engines:
http://personalfirewall.comodo.com/
Depending on the search term or keyword(s) used.
The version number of WHAT you are downloading should be clearly shown here. Otherwise, you are downloading 220MB of something that may already be installed on your computer.
I understand what you are saying.
[s]This could be best posted as a wish even though it is not directly product related.
Chiron will correct me if I am wrong about this.

And no, I don't like to use Comodo's auto update functionality.
No problem.
Kind regards. Edit: I have been informed that the wishlist is only for product wishes.
I just want to know when the new version is going to be released. I had to uninstall Comodo due to the PC freezing issue (bug reported already). I would love to reinstall a new version.
Maybe Comodo can bring back their online installer? Many av’s are using light inatallers that download components that a user wants, rather than the full suite.
Anyways, Current version of CIS 7 is fine for me and documentation on https://help.comodo.com has helped me a lot.
Looks around Not here at least. Always take release dates from Comodo with a grain of salt, there’s a reason why they normally don’t give release dates.
I just hope when Windows 9 is released, Comodo will have a compatible version and not have to go through fixing bugs all over again. I think when new Windows 9 pre-release come out, there must be a public alpha because many people have different systems and it would help sort out bugs.
I never could use Comodo properly in Windows 8.1. Now there is Windows 9 coming but I am waiting for my bugs to be fixed still. lol.
