Does this include the fixes that are needed to improve the MATOUSEC 64bit test?

I can’t seem to find it, easily, at least. Thanks for your help :a0

Merged. Eric

When CIS 1st time offered me update and CIS started updating itself my system crashed (stopped responding) and after reboot my computer rebooted itself eveytime before welcome screen, worked fine on safe mode so roll back to few days old restore point and computer started working again, 2nd update notification I cancelled but somehow my CIS version is same as is on topic.

WinXP 64bit is OS and other security softwares are Spybot+Teatimer, Spywareblaster and Avast 7.

don’t run teamtimer known conflict with comodo

Release notes here.

thanks ;D

I have just the COMODO firewall installed. I allowed the automatic update and after rebooting, I get a geekbuddy error msg that core components were not properly installed and I need to reinstall. If I open the summary page of the program, the large shield is yellow and says that the program is initializing. After about 15 seconds the shield turns green and diagnostics tells me there are no problems.

I again re-booted, figuring that this might be an anomaly due to the first time installation and registration of the new version. However, the same sequence noted above happened again.

Question: Is my PC more vulnerable in the early stages of a boot-up that it would be if this error message did not display temporarily? Associated question: Should I download the full executable of the new version, uninstall the old version, and install a “clean” new version? If I’m not more vulnerable, I’ll just ignore the temporary error message rather than go through the bother. However, if I am more vulnerable, I want to resolve this issue. Thanks.

this is not the thread to ask your question. Feel free to start your own thread

Thanks! Let’s wait for version 6 now

Will it now pass all Matousec tests on x64?

I love you Comodo admins and developer, Thank you for creating such a good Security software, and also made it free. I come from a quite poor family, and i really appreciate what you people are doing.

good work guys!

Will updating to the new version work fine or do I need to remove my current version and download the new version? I don’t want to mess up with my computer. So please let me know guys.
