Edit:
Added 8. It’s very important to know what security profile your using and if you imported a previous config, and if you have changed settings from default, e.g. enabled “block all unknown requests if the application is closed” etc.

1. Your Operating System (32 or 64 bit) and Service Pack revision
Windows 7 x64

2. Other Security and Utility Software Installed
None

3. Step by step description to reproduce the issue

  1. Run a program that gets automatically sandboxed.
  2. Click the button in the main window that shows programs that are currently running in the sandbox.
  3. Right click on the running program and click “Terminate”. Instead of asking if you only want to terminate the process, it asks if you want to terminate and add it to your blocked files (for which there is already the “Terminate and Block” option). If you click yes then the process is terminated and a blank executable is added to the Blocked Files list.

4. How you tried to resolve the problem

5. Upload Memory Dumps on crash if you encounter any

I have a suggestion. Anti-virus alert windows should be bigger, because sometimes it happens that you can not read the full informations … Informations are partial (Sometimes)(1). Larger window will be clearer.
Also, the command buttons in the Polish language are truncated.(2)

Please add it to your Trusted Files and this should go away.

All my applications are sandboxed as Partially Limited despite they’re Trusted or even well known (from MS or Comodo for example). :o
I cannot launch a startup application via Task Scheduler, but it works if I double click on it after login.

  1. Seven x64
  2. Only CTM
  3. Boot or launch applications
  4. Make all programs trusted
  5. In attachment
  6. Modified default settings. AV Stateful, D+/FW in Safe Mode, Sandbox enabled.
Firewall Behavior settings check Create rules for safe applications, disabled This computer is ICS server and raise alert settings to Medium. In Advanced tab checked both ARP options and Do protocol analysis.
D+ checked Trust application digitally signed by Trusted Vendors, Block all unknown requests if application is closed and Create rules for safe applications
  7. Proactive Mode on a fresh Beta install.

Also Daemon Tools Lite doesn’t work (like in previous beta).

No, it doesn’t.And CIS said it’s already a trusted file.

the reason you are getting the popups is becasue the portable version is not signed, comodo can’t do anything about that. They need to sign it.

I am afraid it is because of block all unknown application if the application is clsoed. You see if these applications start before cmdagent, because of this option, they will be sandboxed just in case.

you dont need to enable that option unless you believe your system is infested.

Hey, what a trusted file is this, then?Trusted means trusted, not half trusted, right?

I have done the same thing. I went to Defense±>Trusted Files and added the binary to trusted files. It no longer asks.

Can you please verify your case.

Great!Issue solved! :-TU

edit:But why, if i try to add it to the trusted files from D+ events, it’s not working?

Nope, most of them are launched after CIS settled down but I’ll try to uncheck that and reboot.
I’ll be back in a minute.

When you rightlicked on explorer,.exe it tried to add explorer.exe instead of your binary. Thats why.

Thanks man, unchecked Block all unknown applications and no more sandboxed applications Partially Limited and my application launched from Task Scheduler works like a charm. :-TU
Now only Daemon Tool Lite remains to tame. ;D
