COMODO Internet Security 3.13.119746.572 Released!

Hi,

But where is the change log?

Thanks

Should it stay on the same version? or is there a version update from .x.572 to higher?

Yes the latest release is build 572.

Could you please check your installation folder to see whether or not there is a crash dump?

Ok no need,I found it.

Don’t know it it is related but my Firefox 3.5.5 crashed 5 times now on the forums here…

Problem when starting.

comodo updated on windows 7 64bit ultimate.
the update install was very long, now it’s installed. reboot ok, login ok,
all is working fine actually.
i see now that there’s the full installer, i’m going to use it and uninstall the actual updated one.

It’s not… or it shouldn’t be. Firefox 3.5.5 crashes often on me too. I reinstall 3.5.3 and problem’s gone.

Since when I update I also Import my previous settings, I’m wondering what I have to add in my Defence+ Settings to add also this protection
Thanks :-TU

You dont need to add anyting to get these protections.

Can you please check the instalaltion folder to see whether or not there is a crashdump?

If you can provide any memory dumps you might have, those would help us a lot.

Thx,
Egemen

Why not tell the people on how to provide memory dumps to give you
Simple step by step would be nice (Help us Help You)

So the new Defaults will not be overwritten if I Import my previous settings?

Updated through the program and all seems well. I just did a manual AV update to get up to speed. It went fairly fast and with no problems. Good job COMODO.

If they are exported from build 560: No.

Updated family´s computers, 1 x XP home, 1 x Vista Home and 1 x Windows 7 Ultimate. No problem.

Good work Comodo!

Umm… I didn’t report the second bug you credited to me. It was someone else…

OK so far

I have updated one of my systems at this time and I have noticed no problems

Is this enough info ;D 8) ;D :-TU

The final export was from version 560, but this “final export” was not created from scratch but is the result of various/progressive “imports” repeating at each new version starting from old versions (let’s say since 3.9 or earlier… I don’t remember)
So I think the present export file contains the old way of “storing” policies and the new way that was introduced some versions ago.

Couldn’t some Mod reply here?

or update here?

The previous version had some updates at the Windows Socket Interface protection that were not properly publicized, I would’t want that a similar case happens now
