I had Comodo Internet Security 3.8 and updated to 3.9. I also installed the safe surf and had the icon in the tray and could access settings etc for the memory protection porttion of the program. But I started having problems with the new 3.9 version of Comodo and uninstalled it and then reinstalled using the new setup provided by Comodo when upgrading from 3.8. This new setup is the only way to properly install the new version 3.9 when 3.8 is installed as I painfully found out. Now with the 3.9 version of Comodo installed the safe surf is listed in the comodo toolbar but when I click on it nothing happens. When I try to installl the memory protection firewall it states it is already installed but I can’t see any icon or other means to click on to setup the settings for use. I have 3.9 Internet Security installed with Antivirus, Superantispyware, malwarebytes installed now with 3.9 and everything seems to work okay except for the safe surf in the toolbar. There is not program settings available for safe surf when I click on it. Also, version 3.8 CIS ran flawlessly with these programs running and this is why I upgraded to 3.9 of CIS. I am using Comodo for all my protection now, with the exception of superantispyware and malwarebytes. By the way Superantispyware is the best malware killer I have used along with CIS. Can you tell me how to reinstall the safe surf protection? When I try to reinstall, it states the program is already installed.
