But did you go to the Start Menu startup folder and add a shortcut to it there also?
I don’t see how this could prevent the error messages from coming up. Wouldn’t you still need to click the “Aborting application…” message before you could proceed with loading the GUI? Besides, I think none of us want to see the GUI window at start up. We just don’t want to see the error messages.

No I did not do that. I will try it again as I anticipate that this problem is going to resurface soon.
But I agree with PDSF, I would not really like to see the GUI window at the beginning as it really does not serve any purpose and IMHO, delays the boot process further. Neither do I feel that this is a solution to our problem which appears to be quite common.
Has CPF team taken note of this bug?
