Comodo FW Becoming a Nuisance

OS: WinXP Home SP2
CFW: Current version

I have been using Comodo Firewall (CFW) for some time, however, lately it has become a big nuisance.

I have “Learning” tuned off.

Most every time I launch or try to go to a site with either IE7 or the current FireFox, I get a CFW dialog asking permission. I grant and tell to remember.

Every time I open Outlook I am getting a CFW dialog asking permission. I grant and tell to remember.

I always grant permission and tell CFW to “remember”, but CFW never seems to remember.

Any ideas??
