Comodo Free Firewall with white list or not?

Y used Comodo Free Firewall 5.x.x with W7. It let me choose what are incoming and outgoing.
I made a new fresh W10 instalation and want to know if the last Comodo Free Firewall compatible with W10 have the same possibility or if it works with white list.
It allows me to configure full manual what connects to my pc, incoming and outgoing.

Just like version 5.x by default the firewall uses a whitelist approach to allow network access both incoming and outgoing connection requests. To ignore the whitelist just set the firewall to custom ruleset mode to get alerted on every connection request regardless of application rating.
