Well first I will start of by saying… Well done on fixing all those bugs!!! You really did do a good job, My 100% cpu issue & Avast! conflict and startup issues have been fixed.
However, See my Screen Shots “The Network Firewall is not functioning properly!” I tried doing a diagnostics, and seen Screen shot 2, error message! (Ignore the Winsnap thing, sorry about that it saids an error about the diagnostics failing to start)
I tried uninstalling the test build, then reinstalled it… Still same thing!
I also notice its only 9MB and not 30MB??? How could this be!! Was this update Melih you sent me only an “update”??, Did I need to have the offical version installed, then install this test build on top off of the offical one??(Because the test build is only 9MB compared to the current offical final one which is 30MB), …and I get that Network Firewall error message so i figure something isn’t installing?
I just had to do another reboot to get the firewall working. Give that a try; I was surprised it worked so simply-but had a similar problem on one of the earlier betas, with same workaround, and have seen a couple of other messages with same results.
Melih says that the smaller size is just due to a major restructuring of the Safe Application database that dramatically reduced its size-absolutely no loss of functionality, this is the total program-just a note under the main thread; haven’t seen any details.
Do you think I need to clean out some folders?? Because I have had offical version before, and uninstalled it, then when this was released I installed it.
Maybe a Cleanup will help ?? Folders/Registries/File to delete?
Just an idea… hehe but if you have better ideas Please… tell me
Yeah, try to sweep all the program stuff. Maybe with an uninstaller (‘your uninstaller!’ or else) that scans registry.
This beta works for me though. it’s running quite smooth. Only 15mb ram. Cannot believe it!
I just found out my problem! hehe my router had a little network problem, and I had to reset it, then when I rebooted my computer, CFP alerted New network found!
Now everything is running good and yes, This new 3.14.273 test build is working like a charm
